Physicals on June 3rd
2025-2026 Sports physicals will be held on
June 3rd from 12-2PM in the nurse's office by our school doctor, Dr. Vazguez. All student athletes must sign up via Google forms/QR code.
All forms must be completed and turned in to the nurse by May 22nd, the latest.
Physical paperwork can be found in the main office or school website. The permission form will be available in the main office or nurse/athletic trainers office.
