Key Club

KEY CLUB IS A SERVICE ORGANIZATION THAT PROMOTES LEADERSHIP TOWARDS ITS MEMBERS AND TEACHES ITS MEMBERS HOW TO BETTER SERVE THEIR COMMUNITY AND THEIR SURROUNDING AREAS. BRODY PORT

CARING, CHARACTER BUILDING, INCLUSIVENESS, AND LEADERSHIP ARE THE CORE VALUES OF THE KEY CLUB.

Key Club is an international service program for high school students. It is a student-led organization whose goal is to encourage leadership through serving others. Key Club offers a range of services to its members: leadership development, study-abroad opportunities, vocational guidance, college scholarships, and a subscription to the Key Club magazine.

On a club level, Key Clubs helps the community through tutoring younger students, organizing bingo night at the senior center, donating to the homeless, etc. On a large scale, Key Club International and many districts fundraise for other organizations such as Grassroots Soccer United, a program devoted to fighting AIDS in Africa, UNICEF, and the Children’s Miracle Network, a nonprofit that benefits hospitalized kids. Overall, Key Club is an organization that follows many causes and encourages high school students to get involved in the community.
