Junior Class

JUNIOR YEAR IS LIKE THE THURSDAY NIGHT OF HIGH SCHOOL. THE BEGINNING OF THE END.  JENNA HAMILTON

Students of the Junior Class are welcome to share their ideas on how to continue to make Becton Regional High School fun, safe, and beneficial to the school community.  Each September, class officers are voted on based on their qualifications for the specific position.  Class officers are looked at as role models and leaders.  As leaders, they are responsible for representing their class at Student Council Luncheons, officer meetings, and fundraising activities. 

The goals of the Junior Class are to discuss expectations for their third year of high school and generate ideas for what they would like to achieve and how they would like to enhance their junior and senior year experience. In addition, in order to cover some expenses of the Junior-Senior Prom, the class strives to raise money through various fundraisers.  Class members brainstorm and organize fundraisers and actively participate in order to raise as much as possible to decrease the cost of Prom bids. 

the Prom Committee

The Prom Committee is comprised of students of the Junior Class who would like to help create a fun, memorable, elegant Junior-Senior Prom.  These students, which include the Junior Class Officers, discuss different aspects of Prom and make decisions on the theme, invitations, centerpieces, and decorations.

The most important goal of the Prom Committee is to decrease the cost of Prom bids through various fundraisers and encourage their peers to participate and help fundraise.
