College Readiness
The Guidance Department is a ready source of information on school programs, financial aid, job opportunities and post-secondary programs. Serving in an advisory capacity, counselors can be helpful to both students and parents when choices of schools or careers must be made.
FOUR YEAR COLLEGE – GENERAL
Students who plan to attend college should complete academic subjects in order to meet the admission requirements for all colleges. Most college catalogs list the minimum requirements for admission. Any additional subjects will only enhance the student’s chances of acceptance to the college of choice. Colleges usually require a minimum of sixteen units for admission.
